These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OWL - Sleep Sounds mobile application (the “App”), operated by JAYESH DABHI (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users 12 years of age or older.

If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring the use of the App by minors.

2. Description of the Service

The App provides:

Sleep, relaxation, and ambient audio content
Sound mixing and playlist functionality
Free and premium features accessible through in-app purchases

The App is designed for general wellness and relaxation purposes only.

3. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Sleep results may vary from person to person
The App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice
If you have a medical condition or sleep disorder, consult a qualified healthcare professional

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

Copy, record, reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any audio or content from the App
Extract or reuse sounds for commercial or public use
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App’s source code
Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content within the App — including but not limited to:

Audio files and sound mixes
Visual design, UI elements, and branding
Logos, icons, and trademarks

is the exclusive property of Infisoft Solution and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

🚫 Unauthorized copying, recording, redistribution, or reuse of any sounds or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer monthly, yearly, or lifetime premium subscriptions.

Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Pricing may vary based on region
Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple in accordance with their policies

We do not control Apple’s billing or refund processes.

7. Free & Premium Content

Some features and sounds are available for free, while others require a premium subscription.

We reserve the right to:

Modify, add, or remove content
Change feature availability

The App may use third-party services for analytics, performance monitoring, or distribution.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The App or its features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infisoft Solution shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Health, sleep, or wellness outcomes resulting from App usage

Use of the App is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
